Flashback Friday to last Spring and Erika's Senior Portrait Photos in Stuart

Last Spring was super busy with all kinds of senior portrait photo sessions.  We were doing photo shoots for both 2013 graduates and the incoming seniors of the Class of 2014.  It never ceases to amaze me that some folks will leave their senior portraits to the end of senior year.  Most high school seniors try to book their sessions for the summer and fall, but we do have some that wait until the Spring of graduation year.
Erika is one of our 2014 high school seniors who had her session last Spring.  Yes, there are some who choose to do their photo session with us quite early, too.  Erika's beautiful hazel green eyes sparkle in every image.  I can honestly say that her photo shoot was one of my very favorites to date.  Jessica, our makeup artist and hair stylist, created a natural look for Erika which just enhances her already beautiful features.  You see, airbrush makeup and natural tones do a perfect job in creating photo ready, photo perfect makeup.  I love that Erika chose to go the natural route because it suits her style.   Here is one of her favorite images from our shoot.

Unique Mermaid Beach Senior Portrait Photography Session in Jupiter

Surfer Girl Senior Portraits | Jensen Beach High School | Stuart FL Portrait Photographer

I had the distinct pleasure of photographing Kaitlyn for her senior portrait pictures.  This Jensen Beach High School class of 2014 beauty is a true Florida girl... surfboard and all!  We hit the waves before sunrise at Bathtub Beach in Stuart, FL for some super fun and colorful senior portraits.  Creating a special, unique, and customized senior portrait experience is what we're all about, including capturing photos of our seniors in the wee hours of the morning.  After our surfing photos, it was on to the salon for Kaitlyn's professional airbrush makeup and hair styling with Jessica.  We spent the rest of the afternoon shooting her senior pictures around downtown and along the docks of the St. Lucie River.  We had so much fun with this high school senior!  Check out some of the gorgeousness we captured that day.

Casting Call | Stuart FL High School Senior Portrait Photographer

Amy Tara Photography is casting 15-20 year old teens for a fun fashion-forward styling project.  We are looking for several girls of any ethnic background to model in this project.  Inspired by nature, the theme is WILD & FREE, and the photography will take place at an outdoor location in Martin County.  Please look over our requirements and submit (2) email friendly sized attachments to amytarakoeppel@gmail.com.

No previous modeling experience required!

WHEN:  July 2013

LOCATION:  Martin County, FL

WHO:  Teen-aged girls who embody the “Wild & Free” spirit.  Hair must be longer than shoulder length… the longer the better!  No hair color or height restrictions.  Anyone is welcome!

DETAILS:  Please, no agency models.  In exchange for modeling for our project you will receive a set of 5 print images.  A Model Release is required and a parent must sign if you are under 18.

To submit, please email (2) email-friendly sized images (one headshot without makeup and one full-length shot – they do not need to be professional quality) to amytarakoeppel@gmail.com to be considered.  We will contact you within 1-2 weeks if you fit our look!  Submission deadline is June 30, 2013.
